Rachel Krasna is ECOncrete’s Environmental Policy Specialist | Federal Market Specialist. In her current role, she leads the company’s federal market priorities related to coastal, port and waterfront applications, as well as offshore wind. She has been with the company for a year and was formerly a federal employee with NOAA’s Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS). She has led environmental protection programs and mission activities of varying capacities for over a decade, specifically writing policy and guidance for NOAA program offices, facilitating permitting requirements, publishing regulatory and NEPA procedures, and conducting fieldwork such as diving and wetland delineations. She is an avid swimmer and diver, ocean steward and mother.
